Staff Scheduling

Scheduler is comprehensive staff-event scheduling system used to manage staff assignments and attendance in small to large sports facilities and/or convention centers. It provides for the tracking of staff availability, assignments and attendance. Assignments are made for a one month period and are based on total planned hours in a planning period (i.e., one week). Attendance , total hours worked, penalty points (for not-showing, being late, improper dress, etc.) are tracked. Archived can be used to a staff ( or former staff) work history.

In addition to a complete staff performance history, Scheduler tracks event(activity) staffing requirements and staff utilization on a real-time basis. It is used to summarize staff levels, charges and staff/spectator incidents during an event at the end of an event.

Scheduler data can be used upload time-clock data before an event and down load time-clock data during an event to validate staff attendance.
